LB Maurya "Naveen" is the Managing Director of Maurya Exports,High Pile knitted fabric company.He founded in 2011, currently valued at Rs. 35 crores. His goal is to scale the business to achieve a Rs. 200 crore turnover in the next 3 years. Mr. Maurya's entrepreneurial journey began in 2000 when he arrived in Ludhiana with just Rs. 190. Through grit and self-education, he progressed from sales roles in hosiery and telecom to owning Tata Indicom franchises. His passion for learning enabled versatile transitions across industries—from hosiery to telecom and then ISO consultancy. Motivational and learning books have inspired Mr. Maurya to build a business despite limited means. Integrity is at the core of his values, guiding his decisions and interactions within and outside the company. Outside work, Mr Maurya uplifts lives by training over 200 people in his career and teaches yoga classes. He also delivers motivational speeches to empower young minds. With investor backing and a clear vision, Mr Maurya leads Maurya Exports' growth while balancing business success with personal development.
